Riding is a team sport, you and your horse each play specific roles.
Fitness training can help you feel stronger and more confident in the saddle.
The physical demands of your role on the team is to have the strength and ability to keep good posture and alignment in order not to hold your horse’s movement back.

Jason is a Precision Nutrition Master Coach (Pn2), Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS) and Certified Online Trainer (OTA). He's spent over 20 years accumulating industry certifications, learning from the best minds, coaching amazing people, teaching other professionals and practicing what he preaches.

When we started working together I was worried about being in a gym.
I didn’t think I’d be very good at gym workouts. You slowly built my confidence, listened to my feedback and adjusted workouts to make me feel more comfortable. I wanted to stop hurting everywhere and wanted to be more flexible.

This program include 1 weekly group coaching session per week for 8 weeks at BID HQ. There will also be additional optional workouts available via the BID Online Training App to support your development.
Each coaching session is 55 minutes long, and will be Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
Yes, this is semi private personal training meaning you will get individual tailored programming and coaching feedback in a small group setting.
The program will be tailored to each individual with options provided for exercises. If you're not comfortable with an exercise we'll work with you to give you something that is.
The session is limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure the highest quality coaching experience.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the program this session would be lost, but all workouts will be available via the coaching app giving you the ability to make it up at your convenience.
